Our community is fenced and gated so upon arrival guests/visitors can easily contact you on the smart intercom located at the gate and you can authorize access via your phone.

Yes! With approval from the community and installation by a licensed electrician a car charger outlet can be installed in the garage at the residents expense.

Each home is equipped with energy efficient stainless steel appliances, super-sized french door refrigerator freezer, built-in over range microwave, full size dishwasher, range and full size side by side washer and dryer.
